Terms of service
Effective 2026-08-26. These terms govern use of NeutroTV (neutrotv.com, app.neutrotv.com, api.neutrotv.com and the player software), provided by NeutroCorp ("NeutroTV", "we"). By creating an account or using a NeutroTV player you agree to them.
1. The service
NeutroTV is a cloud-managed digital signage service: a web dashboard and API for managing content and schedules, and player software for Raspberry Pi boards that display that content on screens you control. We may improve or change features over time; we will not remove a core capability you rely on without notice.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping passwords and API keys confidential, and for everything done under your account by people you invite. Tell us promptly at support@neutrotv.com if you believe a credential has been compromised.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the images, videos, documents, text and other material you upload. You grant us only the licence needed to store, process (for example transcode or render), and deliver it to your screens and dashboard. You are responsible for having the rights to display what you upload, including prices, trademarks, photographs and fonts.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use NeutroTV to display unlawful material, to infringe others' rights, to attempt to access other customers' data, or to overload or interfere with the service. Do not resell access without a written agreement with us.
5. Hardware
Player hardware (Raspberry Pi boards, power supplies, SD cards, cables, TVs) is owned by you whether you source it yourself or buy it through us, and is covered by its manufacturer's warranty, not by these terms. We are not responsible for damage caused by inadequate power, improper mounting or TV settings.
6. Availability and updates
We work to keep the cloud service available and players updated, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. Players are designed to keep displaying cached content when the cloud or your network is unavailable, and to roll back failed system updates automatically; these behaviours are described on this site and in our runbooks and are provided as-is. Planned maintenance will be announced where practical.
7. Fees
Subscriptions are billed per screen at the price and interval agreed in your quote or order. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We may suspend an account whose fees are materially overdue after giving notice.
8. Data and privacy
Our privacy policy describes what we store and why. It forms part of these terms.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms and do not fix the breach within a reasonable time after we tell you. After termination we delete your content and data as described in the privacy policy.
10. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales attributable to a screen showing the wrong content or no content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change and account owners will be notified by email of material changes. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.
